In December, we wrote about the success of the DELTA programme (Disability Empowers Leadership Talent) which we run with the Leadership College of Government based at Cabinet Office. It was recognised with an award - ‘Learning Excellence Award’ from KPMG. You can read about it here.

We are now delighted to share the news that our colleague Charlotte Hart, the DELTA programme creator and lead at The Cabinet Office, has been honoured at the recent Cabinet Office Awards.

Charlotte was crowned winner in the Diversity and Inclusion category for her creation of the DELTA programme, part of the Cabinet Office's Future Leaders Scheme. DELTA supports Civil Servants on their leadership journeys, helping them overcome barriers related to disability and long-term health conditions.

From the start of the programme, Result CIC has been the delivery partner for DELTA, working closely with Charlotte and her team to provide coaching and workshops to over 300 people.

The Cabinet Office said:
'Charlotte's work in establishing and running the programme for five years made a significant difference in many lives during challenging times.

Charlotte's dedication to fostering inclusive workplaces, driving meaningful change, and championing diversity has made a lasting impact. This recognition is a testament to her hard work and commitment to creating a more equitable future.'

Upon winning the award, Charlotte said:
'From having an initial idea for a programme six years ago, to creating DELTA, to seeing it grow in numbers year on year and to the overwhelmingly positive feedback I've received on the huge impact it has had on so many colleagues' lives, I feel truly grateful to have been able to call this my job ever since! I feel very privileged to have worked with such wonderful partners from Result, particularly the incredible Jane CordellandHormoz Ahmadzadeh who have been involved in the programme from the very start and who have played a huge role in its success.'

Charlotte is moving on to new challenges and we at Result CIC would like to express our huge thanks to her as we continue to work with DELTA's new team.

We are what we do and we love what we do.
