Do you care about yourself?

International Self-Care Day reminds us of the importance of looking after yourself.

This year, International Self-Care Day is Wednesday 24 July. It's a day that encourages us to remember that self-care is vital to our overall health and well-being.

Self-care can be as straightforward as spending time with friends and family. It can be about doing things that help you to relax, like having a massage, being in nature, reading a book or getting a regular sleep pattern.

It can be asking for help when you need it.

Our workshops often include information that supports participants in looking after themselves, so we created a set of online resources supporting self-help, personal development and much more.

So on #InternationalSelfCareDay here are some resources you can use at home - we hope you find them useful.

Find our online resources here.

We are what we do and we love what we do.
