Having experienced life as a Palestinian refugee in Syria and later in the UK, I deeply understand the systemic challenges and emotional toll faced by these communities, including the fear for loved ones in danger. Navigating similar struggles, I have found stability and resilience through mindfulness and intentional lifestyle changes, which inspire my approach to supporting others.
As a global practitioner, I bring adaptability and insight from diverse cultures. As a coach, I help clients uncover strengths, overcome limiting beliefs, and take impactful action toward their goals. With organizations, my approach is playful, co-creative, delivering measurable outcomes. I draw on my experience at JP Morgan and expertise in organizational development, combining lived experience, empathy, and a commitment to human-centered workplaces. Living in a self-managed -diverse community of 40, I’ve honed skills in taking initiative, collaboration, and conflict resolution.
My lived experience, combined with the practical knowledge I’ve gained, uniquely positions me to work effectively with people from displaced and migrant backgrounds, as well as diverse communities.
