These experiences have given me a profound understanding of the power of perseverance and the importance of creating environments where everyone can thrive.
With 20 years of leadership and management experience in complex organisations, I bring a unique combination of strategic insight, operational excellence, and coaching expertise to my role at RESULT CIC. I’ve successfully led diverse teams through transformative change, developed people-focused strategies, and driven cultural shifts that unlock potential at all levels.
As an Accredited ICF Coach and founder of my own coaching practice, I specialise in executive, career, and neurodiversity coaching. My approach is rooted in evidence-based approaches and tailored to each client's unique strengths and challenges. I am deeply passionate about empowering people to uncover their potential and achieve their goals. I am also passionate about mental health and currently serve as a Trustee for my local Mind federation, Conwy Mind.
I bring a distinctive blend of big-picture thinking and attention to detail to my work. My brain works a bit like a camera—zooming out to capture the overarching picture, zooming in to focus on what truly matters and then zooming out again to ensure alignment with the overall goal. This perspective is at the heart of my coaching, helping me uncover patterns, identify key insights, and guide my clients toward clarity and confidence.
